Sale of real estate portfolios for the Housing Financing Funds
LOCAL attorneys, along with Capacent, manage the sale of 7 real estate portfolios for the Icelandic Housing Financing Fund. The sales process commenced in October 2014 and is under the administration of the Housing Financing Fund. The management of the sales process entails the administration of the sales process, negotiations and contract work, among other things.
